I like others ordered the trial of this product for $4.95 shipping and was charged $99 and $93 for this product. When I called (only way I got any number to contact was on your site) they told me I was charged because I didn't cancel within the 14 day period specified. There was no paperwork for return instructions no instructions stating this 14 day policy in fact there was not even an invoice for the product at all. The only way I was able to even contact them was from info you provided. I believe they must do this on purpose so you have no way to keep track of the days or have return info so they can then charge you. How do you read instructions or policy that is never provided. I am reaching out to you hoping for a solution, if not my next step will be to contact someone from my local consumer protection advocate to have them investigated.
