Miscellaneous

On june 19 i received a pkg. That was left on my door step-i picked up the box and looked at it not knowing what it was i opened it and saw a bill in it with some face stuff in it that i never heard of before much less ever ordered it! On the bill it say's: sku: aur-o-14-e name: auravie renew, revive, replenish risk free trial w / ebooks - how they ever got my credit card is a mystery to me but this really makes me mad as to how people can do this to you in the first place! I have tried to call them several times trying to find out just who they are., they just hang up on me! It shows that around the same time i got this, i put in a on-line purchase to macy's, and weird stuff happened right when i got to macy's it was a survey that just popped up about macy asking a few questions, this was not the first time i saw this survey i've seen it many times when going on line to order things from good stores, brand name stores i thought this was a survey to help the store so it asked where are you shopping from and it gives you 3-choices i chose home, then it asked how many times i have shopped at macy's then do i plan on buying anything-next thing it said for answering those questions i won a gift and it went to another site and showed me some face cream, watches and a i-pad which of course was sold out. So when i saw this, which i have seen so many times b-4 what they want you to do is pick out the one you want pay only the s&h, but wait then it goes on to say if after a month you like it you only pay this amount. If after you try it you don't like it just send it back after a month and you owe nothing more-well when i see these from now on i just close the page as i know it is a scam, if it looks like a scam it probably is one - well usually that is it till the survey pops up again! I have no need to ever order anything for my skin as i already have the product i use regularly at home i buy from mary kay-i have noticed lately people are getting together and going after these companies that scam you and steal your money through class action law suits and i'm all for it! I am sick of these co. Getting away w / it but this co. Has me baffled as i have never heard od them and wondering just how they got my info etc. At least i am partly set up for people that like to steal from innocent people off the net like me. I have it set up w / my bank that i have 2-debit cards and 2-checking accounts. The 2-nd one i set up to use on the net if i do not trust the site only leaving small amounts of money in there so if someone scams me they can't steal too much money from me cause i never leave much money in that account - then while the fraud dept. Is searching for the crooks i am not out too much money as it takes the bank awhile to investigate the crime-i have been ripped off more times than i care to count and i am tired of it cause i live off a disability check and i don't have much money and i am just sick and tired of these jerks coming up w / all kinds of ways to rip us off i am glad people are fighting maybe one day we can stop them! So as you can see i have no idea how this happened but i did find out today w / one phone call if they do not get this back on time they are going to bill me 99-dollars! First thing this am i got a call from my bank from the fraud dept. About some strange charges on my account. I told them i never heard of these people so they had me tear up my debt card and now i have to wait a week to get a new card in the mail because of these idiots! So for now this is all i know as i just got their box - thanks for listening to me and i hope you help us this is so un fair! Karen haught
