I sent in a bag of 20 plus sized items. All were brand new or nearly new... (Once worn). They cost me ver $600... They included jeans, pants, sweaters and 2 denim jackets. They were brand name. The company resells your items. They only accepted 5 items, posted for payout $19.65 for all 5. And 15 of my items, they kept... THe items dissapeared... Hey will not return them, nor will they pay for them. Very dissapointed, that it also took them a month to pay out... L (6/20).. After multiple emails, calls and facebook posts, none of which were returned. The money has still not posted, so I cant withdraw it and I am out over $600
