I called thru YAHOO info for tech support as my dilemma was with YAHOO. And was requesting an answer as to why it changed over night with no notice or info and what I got was an individual who convinced me that my pc was dangerously infected by a 3rd party / ips. I have a firewall and all my security is on and working. I was able to open my YAHOO page to check my mail BUT still have a notification saying my account cannot be opened properly and I can double click on the box and still open, so I sent a message to the Tech who assisted me and can't get a reply from him! He debited my bank card $200.00 and I still haven't had this resolved to my satisfaction! I don't have a problem paying for this being resolved however it isn't and I still have no reply from individual Tech @ EMERGUS.com. His name is Ted Wilson. I'm of the mind this may be a scam and I wish to cancel my payment and report said company and Technician! In speaking with Ted Wilson I stated that I should take my pc to a local repair shop and Ted Wilson told me no... That those places couldn't do the clean-up on my pc!!! I've found this not to be truth! The local repair shop can take care of all inclusive issues with pc.
I have ideas on how to handle this but would like to hear your thoughts on issue. Have i been scammed??? Should i not hear back, get a reply ina reasonable period of time i will assume that i will need to take another approach. Regards,
