I got suckered into the 14 day trial. On Day 13 I called and the Office was closed (I also sent an email). I made a mental note to call in the morning on day 14 and to my surprise saw a charge on my credit card at 3:30 am for the amount of $79.99. I called and mentioned that it had ONLY been 14 days and I still had yet to receive the product.in the 'terms and agreement' they mention that on day 15 there will be a charge, this is not the case, they do not waste any time. They mentioned I would get a full refund and when I noticed the refund email after I got off the phone it only read $40.00. Needless to say, I will be calling back to get my money in full. Do not fall for this scam!!!
