I was an auto mechanic for this company my wages were paid salary except on the days i finished work early or buisness was slow i was told to clock out and my hours were deducted as if i were on hourly pay. This has been happening every since i became employed with this company for 2 years. Its hard for me to determine the amount of monetary damages due to the fact i dont even know the amount of the hourly wages in which i was paid whenever i was told to clock out.
