I sent my play station to PS PROS to get it repaired. I did some research and came across pspros.com and it looked legit, so I filled out a repair form online and they sent me a shipping label. I sent my play station to them. I received an email saying they received it and they gave me a diagnosis and said it would be $124.00 to fix and that they would return it within 3-5 business days. It is now 6/25 and all I keep getting are automated responses that say they will contact me shortly and I can review my ticket online blah blah blah which is NOTHING. There numbers are invalid and every time I try to call it says it is not a working number or that they are closed. I have emailed several times and nothing. I am very angry with this situation. That play station is a $300 value and then on top of that I payed them $124 to fix it. So I'm out now about $430 and not happy. Not to mention that my kids can't play their system...
