Booked a hotel reservation with this company. Was charged 69.99 per night for 2 nights and tax and fees totaling 28.96 for a total of 168.94. At checkout I was given a receipt for my stay. Room was 55.99 and taxes were 14.56 for a total of 126.54. When I called to get a refund for the difference I was told that the hotel was not suppose to show me amounts and that they could not give me a refund. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told the same thing by the supervisor.
