Miscellaneous

My mother recieved this in the mail today claiming she had won $30,000 in some contest, as well as some half convoluted mumbo jumbo about lucky numbers (because apparently "Dr. Linus" is a numerologist) and a "genuine" Chinese blue sapphire. Sounds like a real load of hooey from everything I've seen so far. I've asked my mother to not respond, because everything I've seen so far all she'll get for her $50 is a stone & more letters asking for more money.
