Paid $39.95 for Guaranteed Loan, Mailed Denial Letters

I paid the $39.95 fee to supposedly be guaranteed a loan with a 100% money-back guarantee. In order to get my money back, I was to send them at least 5 denial letters from companies I applied to through them, which I did. I mailed them and still have the receipt from the Post Office.
You cannot talk to a real person, and there is no customer support like their page shows. Trust me, I tried numerous times, so I am charging them $30.00 for my trouble on top of what I paid. I am unhappy with this company, and I go in every day and log in to say I did not get my loan.
