Collection Agencies Hounding Over $5 Overdraft on Unemployment Card

I was going back to work, so I zeroed out my unemployment debit card at the gas pump, 3 months later I hear that I owe the 500 plus dollars for an alleged 5$ OVERDRAFT, I called the bank, corporate and any one else that I thought could help resolve this matter fairly, still unresolved 3 years later, collection agencies have hounded harassed, and embarrassed me. US Bank put on my record account abuse, and that was the only issue they had with me, I am right now still being harassed, I would pay a reasonable fee, but will not be extorted by this scandalous business
