Company has continued to charge by credit card for services another person ordered. Customer service person Megan 8252 kept refusing to stop the account. Only after more than 25 minutes (a lot of which they placed me on hold while they called back to the US) and threatened legal action did the company agree to stop unauthorized charges. This company should be closed immediately.
