Charged for service i did not request

I made a purchase for $0.95 on this website. 13 days later I was charged $19.95 for an identity monitoring service I did not want. I did not realize that by spending 95 cents I was committing to being charged $19.95 for a service I did not want or ask for. I called the company and after waiting on hold for 48 minutes spoke to a very condescending individual who informed me it was not the company's fault that I did not read everything on their web page before entering my credit card number. He refused to issue a refund. He claimed he would cancel the "service" but refused to provide written confirmation. I googled "Intelius scam" and found numerous horror stories from people who were victims of this scam and were not able to get the charges to stop until they canceled their credit cards! I hope there is a lawyer out there interested in filing a class action lawsuit to stop these people. If so, count me in!
