So, I make this new complaint because this lady, who I have NEVER done business with (nor will I ever) has placed a negative comment against a company that she has NEVER done business with... Mine. There is really nothing positive I can state pertaining to this issue, considering thanks to her deceptive intentions, I have lost about $10,000 in business. I am pursuing legal action against her. Again, please note: i have never done business with with woman nor has my company ever attempted to do business with her. She claims I have not returned a refund of her daughter's when I have personally sent her daughter a refund of a housing deal I dealt with her personally on Friday, June 7th. Although she sent me two addresses to send it (one, she claims, was invalid) I did what I was told with the info I received. I even took pictures of the envelope before it was sent.

Again, her daughter and her daughter's boyfriend were the persons I dealt with, not her.

If this is the way she does business with others, I suggest others be careful pertaining to working with her in the future. If Margaret Gretchen Cole doesn't get what she wants, she will immediately attempt to destroy your reputation to get it.

She will be hearing from my lawyer soon!
