I'm 64yrs old, hearing impaired in a wheel chair. I been calling for repairs since I moved in. None has been done. I pay my rent every month on time yet no repairs. I live alone. Right now m dinind room ceiling leaking and wall is messed up. My wall by A/C unit has a hole been calling and sending letters for repairs. Please I need some help I cant get any service. Please Im hearing impaired, in a wheeh chair
