Purchased skin care product for cost of shipping., $4.95 Sent it back without using on 5/4. My VISA was charged $ 93.00 on 6/3. Credited $47on 6/6. Called RVTL and spoke with Paul to check on receipt. Paul said it was received. When full credit was not applied I phoned back, got Paul again. He must be only employee. He then claimed it was not returned within 14 days. What 14 days, this was a trial offer for $4.95. Never used used product, don't have it and I am being charged $45.00!!!
