I have not done anything or submitted anything to this guy yet, but sounds extremely "scammish" to me!!!

Anyway, I get a text from Robert Hill stating that he would like to hold "the item" for him and am willing to give me an extra $30 for the inconvenience. "My mover will come over to your place to pick up the item by Saturday and am going to issue out a certified check out to you for the payment of the item on Wednesday so that you can have your money for the item before she comes over for the pickup".
