Made a large purchase of 8 of the same item on March 5th and 6th. Advised on April 15 that this item was on back order even though I got an emaiil on April 8th that my order was shipped. Since it never arrived I contated them again and was advised on May 8th that my order was incorrectly submitted and "they didn't catch it" Customer service (Julie) then stated "I have asked the shipping department to priortize your order for this mistake." That was the last corrospondace that I received from them. I have since left 4 voice messages on their answering machine, June 5/June 7/June 10 & June 13 to all with no responce. I have also sent 4 additional email/tickets to their office and they have stopped communicating with me. It will now be 15 weeks from my origional order. Their email of May 8th of shipment states "7-15 business days for my order to arrive"... It had now been 27 days with no delivery and no communication with this company.
