I had Time Warner installed in December 11th with a promised $50.00 Best Buy Card. I waited the 90 days of good standing and then the 4-6 weeks for shipping it out. It's now 14 weeks After the 90 days of good standing. I have talked to reps every week and one said oh you have to call Best Buy the last guy said Oh I tell everyone give it 6 months! This is false advertisement and needs a lawsuit filed against them!
