I purchased a Weight Not diet plan. After inquiring about cancelling I was told my weight loss goal is too low for all of their plans. They are targeting people who want to loose 20-30 pounds. I clearly stated numerous times - 10-15 pounds.
I have since written 4 letters and made 5 phone calls. At the end of April their rep. Freyja offered a $230.00 credit for changing my plan but I have never received that credit nor any written correspondence.
In all letter I have clearly asked to cancel my order and full refund in light of being sold a product I do not meet the requirements and a promised refund.
