Merry Maids
Overcharged for VERY Subpar Cleaning

The Merry Maids of Yorba Linda decided to charge me a full two hours without my consent for an extremely subpar cleaning. I talked to them immediately after service to detail the poor service I received. They said they would be calling me back. Hopefully to discuss some kind of resolution. Not only did they not call back, they went ahead and charged for the second hour. This was very unprofessional considering the VERY poor cleaning I received. They only dusted select items and did a terrible job at that. They even had the nerve to "mop" my floor without vacuuming. The mess was unbelievable. When I showed it to the team they had the nerve to ask if I wanted it cleaned up. It was like paying for absolutely nothing.
