I have been coming to this store for 25 years, but not anymore. I was in on Sunday, June 2 to buy 3" tablets, shock powder, and a few other items. I spent almost $300.00 that day. I had to make 3 trips to the car because I couldn't carry all the heavy buckets at one time. They have always helped me load the big stuff in the past. I even called the store's phone after I got in my car and told the guy I wasn't happy with the lack of help... He just said they were super busy. If he had even offered to help if I could wait a few minutes... But, nope! I'm not some big, stong guy. I'm a 62 yr old woman. I was struggling to take the buckets to the counter which I've never had to do in the past. There are other suppliers out there, and I will be giving them my money from now on.
