I inadvertently choose this site to change my address especially since the site appeared to be representing the USPS.
I have noticed on my bank statement that a charge for the address change was applied twice. The customer service number connected with the website has a message listing the hours and days that the office is open however the message also states that the offices are closed even when it is during the times when the office is listed as being open.
