Unfair Treatment of a guest

I have been telling the front desk about the person below me, who have been harassing me since 6/8. I am in room 305 and the individual in room 205 have been knocking underneath me and doing something to cause a burn feeling against my skin, on the night 6/13 at about 10:20 pm my ankle was burn until my skin was peeled from the burn area. I call the after hour number and ask Ms Jennifer to come to my room so I could immediately show her the area of my ankle that was injured from being burned by the individual in room 205, she stated she would call manager and get back to me. This is the same thing she told me the night before and never call me back. I have been treated at the emergency room for two days and the harassment has not stop for six days straight. I have paid $683.00 for a month stay and have only stayed less then two weeks of my four week stay. I have no money left to go any place and I know they on will not refund my money so instead they just ignore my complaints while the persons below me just keep harassing me around the clock. The harassing has cause my blood pressure go up for more then a week. I am on medicine but I get no rest from the person below me.
