I was given a call by "Mark Spencer" and he said that I had been aproved for a student loan for the amount of $7,000. I followed through on it because I am in financial debt. Following that I went to a City Market in Pagosa Springs, Co., which is where I live, to do a Western Union Money transfer. I paid $275.00 to get started. He said that I would be getting it back, which I found kind of fishy, but I still did it because like I said before, I'm in a financial bind. From there I was given a contact number to contact a woman by the name of "Deborah" at the "Federal Reserve Bank". So I did and got it set up so the money would be transfered to my wife's bank account. Her bank is Wells Fargo in Pagosa Springs, Co. Then I waited a couple of days to see if it really went through. After I seen thet it wasn't in the bank I called back Deborah to see where it really was. She told me that the IRS was holding it for tax purposes. The amount came to $1200. I refused to pay it, so she got upset that I couldn't pay it. I then opted thet it be canceled and I told he rin a voice mail that I wanted a full return. I have not heard a word from her yet to this day.
