My original order was placed in November. I returned one of the three items I ordered for a store credit. As of January I had not received a store credit or a refund. I contacted the seller again in February with no response. I finally received the store credit and ordered a phone case (which I received in March) and a pair of shoes (which I NEVER received). I had not had an unpleasant experience with online shopping until Divalicious Boutique; this is so disheartening. I feel jipped and bamboozled. I just want my money or product equal to my money.
