On 10/5 I sent 4 Croton watches to the company in for repair via UPS along with a check for shipping as per Crotons instructions and have the receipt showing that they received the watches. I insured watches w/UPS for $1,500. I started calling the company on 02/11 to see what the status was because previous calls only got message that they were storm damaged and not back in operation yet. On 2.11.12 I was able to reach someone and told someone would contact me. That was the last I ever heard from them. I have since called and left messages 21 times from 2/20 through 6/1 and all I ever get is an answering machine. I leave messages for someone to call mer and never get a return. This has been my history with them since 2/11. I have also emailed them including the owner of the company who said his name is Dave. Also sent him photos of the watches I sent in. One of the phone calls I made I tried connecting with Accounting since all the other extensions no one ever answered. I got ahold of a Lynn Freidman. Lynn told me they did receive my watches and that they were damaged in the storm and going to replace them. That was as far as it got and that was on 5/12. Haven't heard from them since and have tried calling them again numerous times to check up on it but only get their voice machine. I feel this company has stolen my watches and feel that they really plan on doing nothing about my watches. Don't know what else to do. They obviously area a scam company and would caution anyone anticipating purchasing any of their products.
