Miscellaneous

I signed up to learn how to do a business on the internet selling products. On 4/10 Adam Weber convinced me to open an account with discover with a limit of $6000 so I wouldn't have to spend my own money to start my business. On 4/15 he tried to run through $12,500 which was declined, so he just did the $6000. On 4/1 and 4/15 he debited first $10,000 and then $7500 from my bank account. When I found out about this, I confronted him and he said it was and error and would be fixed but it never was. He also had several people calling me telling me they were working on it, but no one ever did. He then changed his story to that we had discussed those charges, he had a tape of our conversation and paperwork that I signed. They sent me a tape but it was only my voice giving someone my credit card #'s, there was no other voice or conversation about the $17,500 charges. And one of the card #'s I gave him on the message was discover, which wasn't opened until 4/10. I told him that he had already chrged $10,000 on 4/1 without my authorization while he was telling me not to spend my money on starting up my business. I asked for a refund and he refused and has given me nothing but the run around since. He has added tracking software to my computer and now I keep getting messages that my computer is going to crash. I was in an auto accident on 4/10 and have only had 1 or 2 coaching sessions. I was laid up for 3 weeks and could not sit at my computer. I just want my money back. He has lost credibility by his outrqageous behavior and has done more damage than I can explain or describe. I don't want to send documents over the internet. I'm not very trusting right now. I do have them and Will get them to you.
