I ordered the Shaker Kitchen and paid the in full asking price.

On delivery I found 1 set of drawer damaged
No screws to fit the doors/Handles
No holes made to fix screws
No Hingies to fit Shelves.

I keep telephoning and being kept waiting on phone each time for about 20 when I do get an answer they promis to call back but the call never comes.

I am awaiting a reply from the propritor but if my complaint is not dealt with urgently I will go to the Court.
