I, too, have received an "OFFICIAL NOTICE OF CASH AWARD RELEASE, " and "CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE" stating that I selected by the "Benefits Committee" to receive a "Cash Award" in the amount of $4,278, 000.00 and to pay a requisite fee of $25.00.

Since I have read the previous comment, I will have to assume this is a scam.
