I did not read the fine print and did not realize I had to cancel within 14 day time period. There was not a packing slip with any information, just the lotion. I called when I saw the charge on my credit card and talked with a very rude guy named Kris. I told him I did not like the product and wanted to return it. They made it very difficult to contact them to cancel and felt it was a bait and switch tactic. This product is completely over-priced and NO GOOD. I asked to talk to a supervisor and he refused and I asked him where his corporate headquarters was located, which he finally revealed was in Delaware but would not give a city. I told him I thought the whole thing was shady and that really set him off. I told him who would want to work for a company that they can't even tell their customers where there corporate headquartes was located. I will not be buying anyting off the internet for a very long time.
