I paid a deposit to Ladwyna Hoover for a vendor event to be held at the Odeum in Villa Park. As the event came closer I became unable to reach Ms. Hoover. I finally was contacted by someone from the venue indicating that the event was cancelled because Ms. Hoover had a medical emergency. I have been back and forth with her and broken promises about refunds and would be getting a refund by this date and nothing, then another date and nothing so of course well beyond paypal resolution time. Her company's name is Inspiring Mine and also uses the e-mail address of ladwyna@inspiringmine.com and was able to contact her once via the phone number 708-674-7070
