When i purchased the terminox iron filter, the media plugged up my plumbing $280 for a plumber. I then received two more bags of the media and had the plumber work with the tech support. Again it plugged up the system another $200 i called tech support for a solution, he said i should sell the unit. I called a different tech support and he suggested i buy more media and try again ($200) i called back and another tech support said he did not know wat the problem would be.By this time the unit is out of warrenty i am stuck witk a terminox iron filter i am unable to use.
