I placed and paid for the order SGD$208 on 5 May. The purchases were meant for my son's birthday in mid-June. 1 month and 10 days was surely enough for them to fulfill the order... I called them end May and they told me they would keeo me updated. This week there has been no one answering their phones, no replies to email and I have nowhere else to turn.

I have seemingly lost $208 and have no presents for my son's 10th birthday! How appalling!!!
