Ordered free trial and paid postage and packing just like others on the site. Received an email yesterday stating they were going to take £79.99 and £79.98 from my bank account. Bank could not help as money had already been requested. Have now closed accounts to save further payments being taken. Contacted UK helpline number (0800 0119520) who tried to palm me off with a free gift, then offered 50% refund, persevered and they have told me I will receive a full refund. I will believe it when I see it!!
