I was purchasing an item of Amazon when up popped at questionnaire that I thought was for Amazon - for completing the questionnaire you were given the choice of 3 items and all you had to do was pay the postage of £3.95. I did and a few days later I received the Dead Sea Beauty Kit - but without any documentation inside or on the outside of the box. I looked at my statement today to see that they have now taken £97.50 from my account. I called the number that was used as a reference and they have informed that I ticked to the terms and condiditions where it clearly states (apparently) that I have to return the goods within 10 days otherwise I will be charged. When you are told at the beginning of a survey that you will be receiving goods for completing a survey surely this is a form of mis selling. I am a single mum as my husband died 2 years ago and I cannot afford to have this amount of money taken from my account.
