They came to install a granite counter top in my kitchen and it was bowed according to the installer. He attempted to grind it flat for an hour at which point i went to check the progress and notice the crack in front right by the sink. They removed it that day and told me they will expedite getting me a new top. The cracked top has now been REPAIRED and want to re-install it and is refusing to replace it with NEW. I payed for new not repaired.
This ordeal has been going on since the beginning of March it is now June.
