The guy/girl on the other end is hiding behind prerecorded phrases and refuses to speak. It makes me wonder if he/she is lazy as well as dishonest or if he/she has a nigerian accent. Either way they should be put out of business its just disgusting to prey on people who are already down on their luck (as they call you if you're looking for a job)
