I ordered what was advertised as 2 guarenteed authentic Louis Vuitton bags. When they arrived, they were not authentic... No stamp, no certificates, handles wrapped in plastic. There was no invoice or return instructions in the package. I immediately emailed the representatives of the company I had worked with on my order and the emails were returned undeliverable. The website is now expired so I can't even look at the terms and conditions on returns. Total ripoff!
