On 4/12 we received a call from a james cobb asking if we were still interested in selling membership/time share. We said yes, and told him what we were asking. About 30 minutes later he called back to say he had a prospective buyer and they offered $14,000 and there would be a 10% fee as our part of the sale. I was skeptical about it but sent the credit card payment of $1,400.00 on 4/13. On 4/16 thy sent us a letter saying they had received our payment and that they would keep in touch. On 5/2 they called to say that everything was going fine and that they would call again on 6/2. They never called, i tried to call them and they played a recording telling of technical difficulties. Then i checked them out and this notice is what i found on my pc.
