I do not really know where cititrader is located, but I have seen here several complaints against them, I received a phone call from a phillip baron who told me was the top trader there and guaranteed me 20% return per month, so I wired them 19000 dollars, and all I got was losses, and the scammer would not accept liability, then the other scammer jason scharf said he would trade my account personally only to lose more money, both guaranteed returns, then another scammer jeff adams said there is no guarantees even though I have it in writing, and refused to refund my money and now it is gone. I write this because I hope lots of people see it and are not victims of those criminals.
