I got a pop window when I went onto google. If I answered 5 simple survey questions I could claim a prize. I went for an ipod shuffle for £2.

Few days later I checked my credit card account. And noiced they had also taken out £35 and was set for recurring payment. I didn't authorise this. I haven't received my shuffle either. Complained to credit card company who have stopped further payments but cannot refund the money as they said I would have agreed to their terms and conditions.
