I purchased a DVR box on 3/18. I received the equipment around 4/182013. After talking with an employee from Jam Enterprised during the next week or two and not getting the box to work he suggested that I do a RMA for return to get my money back I got the RMA on 5/8 and the equipment was delivered successfully back on 5/13. I have been repeatedly leaving email messages and phone messages to this company but no reply as to my return. This is highly upsetting and dishonest. I trusted this company and they were insistent and supporting to make an order with them. And then when the equipment did not work, they told me to request an RMA, in which I did and returned their property back, and now I cannot hear a word from them
