I was shopping for 100 USB sticks online through Alibaba and this company emailed me direct with a quote.
They gave me skype and email contacts and were very prompt with answering queries and giving quotes and details.
So I accepted the quote, received an emailed invoice with the correct details and I then transferred the money into their nominated bank account.
Yesterday I received a parcel with bits of plastic that look like clip-together USB casings (nothing like what was ordered).
Up to yesterday I had the contact person (Angel Huang) on my skype list and she was online every day and always responded promptly.
Since I left a skype message questioning the delivery and asking what they intended to do to correct the error (and also emailed them), they have now canceled me from their Skype list and are not responding to the emails!!! 1
