I ordered a Medical Alert program. Two boxes were sent to me which were for different programs. I sent them both back when I decided I didn't want them.
I was first charged: $39.95,10-16; on 11-05-12, I was again charged: $39.95. On 12-03-12: $39.95. On 12-06-2-12 i was credited: $26.95. Again on 02-02-13, I was charged:$39.95; on 03-03-13: $39.95. On 04-03-13, another $39.95. ON 05-02-1013 I WAS CREDITED: $39.95.
I've called and called and gotten nice answers, sent them request FAX with details. I honestly think they just don't know their "a&s" from their elbows... And I'm really frustrated!
Please check my math carefully—it's not my forte!
I realize that they wanted me to send them a notarized letter that I did send back the units and I don't think I've done that yet.
