I was contacted by a person wanting to refinance my mortgage under the Obama program, after talking with this person a couple times everything seem legit, I even checked it out on their webb site. I and my Wife decided to pursue refinancing to get out from under a ARM loan. For the first tow or three months I felt good about our decision but it turned sour their after. I have filled out same documents several times and haven't heard nothing from the group in quite some time. My advise is to keep you money and talk straight widethe company that holds your mortgage. I was scammed close to 3k and don't want to see anybody get suckered into this again.
