Westminster West Courts Maliciously Prosecuted Due To Racial Profiling, I Am Totally Innocent ripoff

I was a victim of road rage, which turned to malicious prosecution due to racial profiling and retaliation and then cover-up and corruption. My car was impounded with no questions asked. The detective based his information on all false assumptions. I placed a stop payment on my check for impound release. I notified them. I had no idea that I was going to be prosecuted in retaliation. I am an accountant and it is legal to place a stop payment on a check when fraud is involved. No notice was ever sent to me about repayment.

Three years later I found out I had been sent to collections. My first private attorney did not help me. And when I told him I had to fire him, he was upset and was against me and spoke to the judge against me in front of me. After that the judge controlled my case from beginning to end. I filed a claimed with the city but was ignored. I complained to the chief of police and the city council. The judge, the public defender, her supervisor, their investigator and the traffic investigator officer were all removed.

However, my record still stands. I never even touched a car. I had my mom with me as a witness. At the time of the trial, ten seconds before my so-called public defender spoke for me, she told me she was going to try me as if I was guilty because she was afraid of the judge and D.A. The public defender's office even faxed me a false court document for my appeal. I checked it out but my appeal had not been filed. I filed it on my own because I was almost running out of time. The appeal took over two years. They had appointed a new lawyer. He did not even contact me once.

This year in August I called the appellate court in Santa Ana about my case. They told me it had been finalized a month ago. I went to the Santa Ana court. The judge told me I had to go back to the Westminster Court. I was going to go the next day.instead they arrested me at my employer's parking lot and lost my job. I was in jail 5 days. This happened because my address in the court system was deliberately changed to an old address I had over 5 years ago.

I have proof of what I am saying. I have a letter from my insurance adjuster stating that they refused to look at their car. There were absolutely no damages presented nor shown. A false ticket for hit-and-run was written months after the incident and was send to the DMV; I just found out last month about it. My car was intact because I did not even touch their car.

I am now paying ten times more car insurance. I have lost two jobs. I have gotten ill. I have been punished with an anger management class, community service and penalties. Most of the people in the anger management class are also innocent. The instructors say that the courts use this class as a catchall for appearances and numbers. I would like to file a lawsuit. When I have the opportunity of filing a suit it is going to be ten million dollars. My life has been ruined. I am an accountant and a senior citizen, and a law abiding citizen; however, the courts are robbing me every day of my life, have ruined my career, my health and my reputation and records. $10,000, 000.
