I was also scammed by Mark Max, I filled out a survey and was offered a free watch all I had to pay was $5.99 for shipping, I paid with a credit card and two weeks later my card was hit for $98.00. There was nothing about having to pay for the watch if you didn't contact them within 14 days, 30 days later I get another watch and my credit card was hit for $49 this time. I contacted my bank again and they called mark max and they said if I send the watch back the would cancel my contract to get a watch every month. I never agreed to any of this, they will say anything to get to your money. These people need to be stopped, let everyone you know about this scam.
