Contest Rip-Off

My fiance recently won a contest through the company he works for, on Dec. 19. The prize was to be $500, in cash. The money was supposed to be recieved on Dec. 21. The boss of the company has informed my fiance that he will be getting the money in the paycheck he will be getting after the New Years, and if he asks about it anymore, he will be fired. The only reason they are doing this, is so the prize money will be taxed.

This is not the first time this has happened to someone in the company. Anyone who works in the offic or for Norfolk Wire always recieves their prizes up front. The last time someone from the shop won a prize, it was football tickets. The kept telling them he would get them but he never did. I find this to be both blatant lying on the part of their boss, and discrimination against those who work in the shop.
