I was also called by phone to discuss a cheap holiday deal it all sounded too good to be true - it wasn't true even though I rang to complain how the person on the telephone actually sold me a better deal than what was on paper. I tried to get my money back without success. Now I have tried to ring up for a holiday deal with no luck. Nobody answers and I can't log in even though I have put in my correct username and password: (
